Do you create custom pieces?
At this time I am not doing 100% custom orders, however I will re-create or alter one of my designs using different metals, beads, colors or techniques to better suit you. Contact me with the details of your request and we can work something out!
How are your items packaged for shipping?
This depends on the order. Single item orders will usually be shipped in padded envelopes with the item in a small jewelry box; multiple item orders will ship in boxes with each item in its own jewelry box or hand-made pouch to prevent tangling or damage to the items.
